Children over 6 years old staying in the same rooms with 2 adults

Cancellation Policy

  • For high season and public holidays if the client informs the hotel upto 72 hours before arrival, then 100% of the deposit is refunded.

If the cancellation is made in less than 72 hours or no show on the booking date then the client will be charged 100% of the total value of the booking as compensation to the hotel.

  • For the low season if the client inform the hotel 48 hours before arrival, 100% of the deposit is refunded.

If the cancellation is made less than 48 hours then the client will be charged 30% of the total value of the booking as compensation to hotel.

  • If the client does not show on the date of booking then they will be charged 100% of the total value of the booking as compensation to hotel.

In both the above cases, the customer has the right to transfer the booking to another date with a prior arrangement with the hotel and if there are rooms available for the dates requested.

General

  • We accept credit cards Mastercard & Visa
  • The reservation will be considered valid from the hotel only after it has been given the necessary customer information, the credit card details or the deposit payment has been paid through our bank.
  • The amount of the advance payment will be 50% of the total value of the of booking
  • Arrival: 14.00 to 23.00  Departure: 12.00
  • The wood for the fireplace for the initial usage included in the price. For each extra filling with wood will be charged €4.00
  • The customer pays for any damage, theft or loss.
  • Pets allowed
  • The hotel reserves the right to change or alter the room rates any time.
  • The hotel reserves the right to change the reservation any time.
